no, but really, i'm kinda dying....i've been staying up way too late and i keep falling asleep in class....the worst is that i fall asleep with my chin propped up in my hand, so i'm staring right at the teacher as i'm falling in and out of consciousness....i feel really bad sometimes, cuz the nice ones always give me this really odd look. the dumb ones don't really notice though, luckily....
the most embarassing part is that i kind of...um...drool a bit, so when other kids catch me, it's really awkward when i snap awake to see them cracking up two rows over... - //////`-

the sad part is that the subject keeping me up is always the same.

it's those goddamn harryxdraco slash fanfics. STUPIDSTUPIDSTUPID they keep me from focusing on my work!!! D:>
recently i found one that i read a year ago and shared it with all mah yaoi luvin buddehs because it was so freakin amazing >w<

unfortunately, since i had to wait for long periods of time for the next chapters while everyone else was getting caught up, i got sick of being disapointed when i looked for new updates (and found none, of course) and eventually got out of the habit of checking. some people continued farther than where i had stopped and said it got REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLy stressful, so i made a mental note to check

too bad for me, my memory sucks ass

i never got around to it, and at one point the girl who wrote it pulled it from Hex Files because she was getting stalked by VERY rude, VERY unappreciative fangirls who were demanding faster updates.

i've been spending hours searching desperately for it, and I HAVE FOUND IT ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! muwahhahaaaa
and, as a HUMUNGUOUS plus, i found plenty more underground slash sites for hpXdm, one of which had a lllllooooooonglonglonglong list of fanfictions that i have yet to conquer, but i read one the other night that was pretty good. (for more info, keep reading)

okay, about that contest.
i'm slightly dissapointed in the lack of entries. i very much appreciate those who DID enter (love you guys), and i will be granting the wish this friday. if you haven't entered already, there will be no excuses for you if you dont get it in before then!

i know you are all creative people, so entering really doesn't hurt. no one will judge you for doing your best, really!

also, something i noticed: don't worry about making it random. if that's not your strongest point, all you have to do is make it epic in another way~
for instance, if you like coming up with really touching or emotional scenes, or if you like imagining really gruesome and violent snapshots, those still qualify! the requirement is making it epic. it doesnt have to be sporadic. not that random isnt good!!!!! just, if you can't think up anything random, its okay. just do waht you're comfortable with. i'm supposed to be granting a wish for something you WANT, right? so think about it if you haven't already, okay?

about that fanfiction i discovered whilst looking for the kickass one i mentioned earlier:

it sounds terrible, but i read it because of that, for a good laugh, and got more out of it than i expected.... it was one of those fics where the author is really uncomfortable with the idea of gay relationships/has no idea how they work compared to hetero-ships, so they have some weird plot twist where they get one of the guys to take a potion or they get hexed or WHATEVUZ...and get turned into a girl. what normally follows is a one-night hetero stand thing that really doesnt instrest me at all. really.

however, this one was much different. it still sounds terrible, but i found it to be quite funny after reading the whole thing.
summary: "Thanks to Malfoy, Harry's been cursed into a girl! His revenge..seducing him--but there are other things to consider..like Malfoy's sex-appeal that he just cannot ignore..and of course the guys' reaction in his dorm when he wants to get changed! "

a terrible summary, i know. i didn't write it, but the story is good.
it's very funny! it includes gender confusion, boys getting makeovers, flirtatious potions teachers, making out behind tapestries, boys in pumps, bitch fights, mantrolls, and an excellent twist towards the end. don't take my word for it? read it for yourself!

my policy is that i do not link to peoples doujins and fanfics anymore. if you really want to read it that badly, you have to be willing to look for it yourself. I will clue you in though: the title includes "Sex Change of Hogwarts". that should make it pretty easy, right? there aren't that many. in fact, i checked. it should be first on the list.



....okay, i seriously need to go to bed now. i'm getting up in two hours to go to school.
